    Your committee on education moves to amend the title of the bill, by striking the title and inserting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

“A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §18-2E-8g, relating to recognizing outstanding students who are top scorers on certain statewide tests. ”
